Emotional I Q Shifting Paradigms

It is important to examine the culture of emotional intelligences or EI.  EI also known as EQ is equally as important if not more important than the widely known Intellectual Intelligence or IQ.   The problem in society is the over realization and overgeneralization focus of IQ as opposed to EI and how this negativity could portray the wrong message to individuals who possess psychopathic tendencies with high IQ’s. This reformation of these beliefs is an onset for social change.
